This Privacy Policy describes how Zensor Solutions LLP (“Zensor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you visit our website at zensorsolutions.com (the “Site”) or use the Zensor platform and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Who We Are
Zensor Solutions LLP is a Limited Liability Partnership registered in India. We provide an AI-powered website intelligence and SEO reporting platform designed for digital marketing agencies, freelance consultants, and in-house marketing teams. Our registered office is in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide Directly
- Account registration details: name, email address, agency or company name, and password.
- Billing and payment information: processed securely through our third-party payment processor. Zensor does not store credit card numbers or bank account details on its servers.
- Contact form submissions: name, email, company name, enquiry type, and message content.
- Communications: emails, support tickets, and any information you share when contacting us.
- Profile and preferences: team members you invite, notification settings, report branding preferences (logos, brand colours), and white-label configuration.
2.2 Information Collected Through Third-Party Integrations
When you connect your accounts, Zensor retrieves data from the following third-party services on your behalf using secure OAuth 2.0 authentication:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4): sessions, users, traffic sources, engagement metrics, page performance, conversions, revenue data, and demographic/device dimensions.
- Google Search Console (GSC): search queries, impressions, clicks, click-through rates, average position, indexing status, and crawl data.
- Google PageSpeed Insights / Chrome User Experience Report (CrUX): Core Web Vitals field data including Largest Contentful Paint (LCP), Interaction to Next Paint (INP), and Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS).
- Other SEO tools (e.g. Semrush, Ahrefs): keyword rankings, backlink data, and domain metrics where integrations are available and authorised by you.
Important: Zensor acts as a data processor for the analytics and search data retrieved from your connected accounts. This data belongs to you and your clients. We access it solely to provide the Services you have requested.
2.3 Information from Our Website Crawler
When you add a client website to Zensor, our automated crawler visits the publicly accessible pages of that website to perform SEO audits. The crawler collects:
- HTML source code, meta tags, heading structure, structured data (schema markup), and internal/external link maps.
- HTTP response headers, status codes, redirect chains, and page load performance signals.
- Image alt text, robots.txt directives, sitemap references, and canonical tag configurations.
The crawler only accesses publicly available content and respects robots.txt directives. It does not collect personal data from end users of the crawled websites.
2.4 Automatically Collected Information
- Log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps.
- Cookies and similar technologies: session cookies to maintain your login state, preference cookies, and analytics cookies to help us improve the Service (see Section 7).
- Device information: device type, screen resolution, and language preference.

- Role-based access control within your team account.
- Regular security audits, vulnerability scanning, and penetration testing.
- Secure cloud infrastructure hosted on reputable providers with SOC 2 compliance.
- Automatic session expiration and multi-factor authentication (where available).
While we take every reasonable precaution, no system is 100% secure. If you become aware of a security vulnerability, please contact us immediately at security@zensorsolutions.com.
